Founded in 2005 by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Frank Miebach, Miebach engineering office specialises in the design planning of timber bridges and timber structures.

Working with this natural material is of particular importance to us. We have set ourselves the goal of transforming the traditional building material wood into a contemporary form of expression in combination with other materials. We see ourselves as a link between clients and contractors.

In addition to the planning of bridge and structural designs, we are involved in the board of the Qualitätsgemeinschaft Holzbrückenbau e.V. (Quality Association for Timber Bridge Construction) in order to further establish durable timber bridges of high quality. We are also involved in the DIN EN 1995-2 standardisation committee for timber bridges.
