Timber was used for the first bridges in history &#8211; the tree trunk over the stream. Timber is also the only conventional material to save CO2. The use of timber as a construction material therefore actively contributes to protecting the climate. The production of the material also has a considerably more favourable energy balance than other materials.<\/p><p>Structures that have already been built at home and abroad not only prove this potential but also show the particular aesthetic.
